Pay Dues
Our neighborhood is supported by neighbors.
Each year, Shepherd Park Plaza residents are invited to support two important neighborhood programs: the SPP Civic Club and our Constable Patrol Program.
Have I already paid? I can't remember!

Already Enrolled in Recurring Payments?
If you enrolled in recurring annual payments last year, you do not need to pay again.
Your household is considered paid for the 2027 fundraising campaign, regardless of when your payment is scheduled to draft.
Your annual payment will automatically process on the anniversary of the date you originally enrolled.
Why Your Dues Matter
$350 | Constable Patrol Program
Constable dues fund dedicated Harris County Precinct 1 Constable patrol coverage for Shepherd Park Plaza and Candlelight Plaza.
Through resident support, our neighborhoods receive two Deputy Constables, each contracted to patrol 40 hours per week, for a combined 80 hours of dedicated coverage each week.
The program provides:
-
Dedicated neighborhood patrols
-
Rapid response during contracted coverage
-
Proactive law-enforcement presence
-
Vacation watches
-
Response to resident calls for service
-
Additional neighborhood security beyond normal law-enforcement response
The Constable Program is funded by neighborhood dues. If we do not collect enough to support the program, patrol coverage must be reduced.
