Already Enrolled in Recurring Payments?

If you enrolled in recurring annual payments last year, you do not need to pay again.

Your household is considered paid for the 2027 fundraising campaign, regardless of when your payment is scheduled to draft.

Your annual payment will automatically process on the anniversary of the date you originally enrolled.

Why Your Dues Matter

$350 | Constable Patrol Program

Constable dues fund dedicated Harris County Precinct 1 Constable patrol coverage for Shepherd Park Plaza and Candlelight Plaza.

Through resident support, our neighborhoods receive two Deputy Constables, each contracted to patrol 40 hours per week, for a combined 80 hours of dedicated coverage each week.

The program provides:

  • Dedicated neighborhood patrols

  • Rapid response during contracted coverage

  • Proactive law-enforcement presence

  • Vacation watches

  • Response to resident calls for service

  • Additional neighborhood security beyond normal law-enforcement response

The Constable Program is funded by neighborhood dues. If we do not collect enough to support the program, patrol coverage must be reduced.

$25 | SPP Civic Club

For just $25 per year, Civic Club dues help support the programs, communications, events and neighborhood services that connect and maintain our community.

Your dues help support:

  • The monthly Plaza Pulse newsletter

  • The SPP website and neighborhood communications

  • Entrance landscaping and beautification

  • Neighborhood events and gatherings

  • Yard of the Month and holiday recognition

  • New-neighbor welcoming

  • Community relations and neighborhood advocacy

With approximately 750 households in Shepherd Park Plaza, individual contributions add up to meaningful support for our entire neighborhood.
