The Plaza Garden Club’s biennial Backyard Garden Tour is a beloved event within the community which we are proud to coordinate alongside our neighbors and with the support of several local businesses. It is our opportunity to spotlight some of the many hidden-gem outdoor spaces and talented gardeners within our community, while raising money to support the Durham Elementary School PTA and the Plaza Garden Club’s neighborhood beautification projects.

This year, 5 beautiful & unique gardens in Shepherd Park Plaza and Candlelight Plaza will be featured along with the impressive outdoor gardening and livestock programs at Durham Elementary School, and a few gardening-related points of interest around the neighborhood.

PLUS, there will be a raffle with great prizes generously donated by local businesses!
